How many guests can The Lodge accommodate?
The Lodge at Northview can comfortably accommodate up to 78 guests inside the building. This makes it a perfect space for showers, parties, rehearsal dinners, meetings, and intimate celebrations.

Do you provide catering?
We do not provide in-house catering, but you are welcome to bring in the caterer or food vendor of your choice. If you need help getting started, we’re happy to recommend some local catering options that past guests have enjoyed.

Are linens provided?
​Linens are not provided with your rental. Renters are responsible for bringing their own tablecloths, runners, napkins, or other decorative linens they would like to use for their event.

Can we use the outdoor fire pit?
Yes! Our outdoor fire pit area is available for use during your event. However, firewood or materials for the fire pit are not provided, so guests planning to use it should bring their own supplies.

Can we decorate the space?
Absolutely! We encourage you to make the space your own for your celebration. We simply ask that decorations do not cause damage to walls, floors, or furnishings and that everything is removed at the end of your rental time.

Can I tour the venue before booking?
Yes! We would be happy to schedule a tour of The Lodge at Northview so you can see the space and envision your event. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time.

How do I reserve a date?
To reserve your event date, a deposit of half the total rental fee is required. Once the deposit is received and your rental agreement is completed, your date will be officially secured.
